The Stalking Show returns soon and it’s the must-visit show for those passionate about all things stalking.
The event, which takes place on Saturday 11 April and Sunday 12 April at the Staffordshire County Showground, sees BASC as the Official Partner, continuing a relationship that dates back to the show’s beginnings in 2022.
This year’s event offers an expanded programme for both seasoned professionals and newcomers.
Over the weekend, our team will deliver an extensive programme of panel discussions and practical demonstrations covering key skills including carcass extraction, inspection, skinning and butchery.
Discussions will also feature BASC chief executive Ian Bell alongside senior civil servants and industry figures. These sessions will provide direct, informative discussions reflecting the realities of deer management today.
We also have live cookery demonstrations with BASC Wild Food Ambassadors and Eat Game Award winners, who will share their top tips for getting the best results when preparing your game.
As well as free head measuring for members, we will be running an on-stand survey across the weekend, giving all visitors the chance to win a daily prize from GAIM Shooting Simulator or HikMicro. Full details of the prize, how to enter, and the terms will be available at the BASC stand.
Visitors are also invited to test their skills in the ever-popular deer calling competition or take part in the show’s charity auction.
There will also be a butchery competition twice a day, where you can show off your knife skills in the Really Wild Kitchen and win some fantastic prizes.
The Stalking Show takes place on Saturday 11 April and Sunday 12 April at Staffordshire County Showground.
