Carcass handling and butchery
This course will give you the knowledge, understanding and skills to undertake home butchery of a deer carcass.
BASC currently has three deer stalking schemes in operation – Baronscourt (Northern Ireland), Bowland and East of England (near Newmarket).
The schemes have been developed to provide a variety of different deer stalking opportunities for members who wish to take up stalking and to provide those with limited access to stalking with the opportunity to gain practical experience and increase their knowledge.
Intermediate deer course
This course is designed as a step between DSC1 and DSC2 to advance and prepare students wishing to undertake the DSC2.

BASC NI, is working in partnership with the prestigious Baronscourt Estate, to run a stalking scheme exclusive to BASC members.
