The shortlist has been unveiled and voting opened for the 2025 Eat Game Awards, spotlighting the best in game cookery, promotion and innovation.
Award categories include best game pub/restaurant, and best game chef, butcher and retailer, featuring some of the foremost names in the business, plus new and emerging talent.
Public voting is open to determine winners, showcasing the place of wild game in contemporary cuisine. Winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony, taking place on 20 March 2025.
