BASC’s Best In The Field Clay Shoot is a competition with a difference, with a fantastic range of targets set to simulate live quarry shooting.
BASC’s Best In The Field Clay Shoot 2024 takes place on 13 and 14 July at Sporting Targets near Riseley in Bedfordshire.
With targets set by FITASC world champion and shooting coach, Ed Solomons, the competition will follow a game shooting layout.
Poised to include pigeon, rabbit, duck, grouse and pheasant, each stand will mimick the real activity, including a grouse butt, seated in a pigeon hide and kneeling in a creek.
The competition incorporates 100 sporting clays, with the option to shoot an additional 20 clays on BASC’s sustainable ammunition stand.Â
