The Young Shots Journalists initiative provides young people interested in shooting and the countryside with valuable experience ahead of a potential a future in journalism.
In return, BASC asks participants to keep the organisation and its members up to date with their pursuits, creating content to inform and inspire other current and potential young shots.

Current Young Shots Journalist, Louis Sykes said that the programmed allowed him “a platform to share my love of field sports with people around the country.”
He continued: “It has also helped me in training to be a journalist by giving me real experience in writing stories for an engaged audience.”
