As the son of a gamekeeper I have been shooting from a young age, both game and clays.
I decided to move into coaching to help others improve their shooting.
I currently teach at some of the best shooting schools around London and at Sporting Targets in Bedford

I am available for loading, or on peg tuition in the field nationwide, or at a clay ground local to me. I am based in North Hertfordshire.

Keith is a BASC Accredited Shotgun Coach,  BASC Safe Shot Assessor and regularly works on the coaching lines, Ladies’ Day, Young Shots’ days

With 45 years’ shooting experience and a BASC coach for over 12 years, Keith thoroughly enjoys helping people of all abilities to achieve their full capability. Not only will you learn to shoot to your ability but Keith strives to give you the one thing that eludes so many people – confidence. Shooting should be fun and enjoyable and Keith  is determined that all participants should share that joy.

Biographical Info

David has joined BASC after working in the Police Force for over 8 years.
David is a newly qualified BASC accredited shotgun coach and has been shooting for over 12 years. He is extremely passionate about clay pigeon shooting, game shooting and gundogs and is looking forwards to working in the Training and Education Department and introducing more newcomers into the sport.
His role will be to engage with Scouts, Guides and newcomers to the sport through existing initiatives, such as the Scouts Jamborees and the use of the ST-2 Simulator. He will be working closely with colleagues in the Training and Education Team, BASC Heads of Departments, Regional Teams, external providers and stakeholders to deliver these events, as well as keep the Codes of Practise up to date and relevant. The role will also support the delivery of the BASC Shotgun Coaching Programme.
