Wildfowlers from across Northern Ireland have helped raise £600 for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).

The money was raised during the first ‘BASC Wildfowlers’ Challenge’ at Field of Dreams in Bangor which was hosted by the Strangford Lough Wildfowlers & Conservation Association earlier this month.

The competition saw wildfowlers competing over a range of challenging clay shooting layouts such as a pool trap, a 30-bird sporting layout, a three-man 30 bird flush and a dog & gun event.
