Food lovers, who are looking for new ideas on how to cook game, will be spoilt for choice thanks to a new Game’s On recipe leaflet.
The leaflet, which is sponsored by Glenfarclas Whisky, is filled with great game recipes from TV chef Mike Robinson for venison, pigeon, duck and pheasant.
Copies of the leaflet will be distributed at country shows and sent to game dealers, restaurants and pubs. Over 500,000 leaflets have already been distributed by BASC to promote game meat since the launch of the Game’s On campaign.

BASC’s director of operations, Simon Hamlyn, said: “This improved game recipe leaflet is another great example of how BASC is working to increase the popularity of game meat. British game is wild, healthy and local. These are attributes that increasing numbers of consumers consider important when choosing what they eat.”
