We are letting you know about important changes to the way you pay for your membership subscription. From the 14th September 2019 a new payment security system called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) will be introduced on online purchases. This is because of new regulations designed to protect your card details.
What’s going to change?
When you enter your card details on our website, your card provider may require you to enter some more information as an extra step before your payment can go through.
What kind of information?
This depends on your card provider, but it could be a code that you receive by text and type in.
What do I need to do?
It’s important to ensure your card provider has your current mobile number so that you can receive texts from them, and make sure that you have your phone with you when you take up or renew membership online.
