One of a series of days designed for ladies wanting to get some theory and practical experience of deer stalking in the UK.

You will learn how to skin and butcher a Fallow deer producing a variety of different joints and cuts for the table.

You will work in pairs sharing one Fallow carcass between you, and you will be able to take your half of the deer home with you, vacuum packed and boxed up ready for the freezer. 

Tea, coffee and cake will be provided but please bring a packed lunch with you.
