Alex grew up in a semi-rural area where, from a young age, he took an interest in the countryside before becoming involved in field sports.
Alex completed a degree in Countryside, Conservation and Recreation Management as he was keen to work in the shooting and countryside industry. During his time at college he tailored his studies around issues related to gamekeeping and shooting.
Alex has a keen interest in all types of shooting sports being especially rough shooting and pest control. He is also keen on gundog training and generally being outdoors and enjoying the countryside with his family.

Roger has been shooting for 10 years and coaching in another discipline for 30 years. He is a keen game shot and is a regular on local shoots working his Cocker Spaniels, beating and picking up. Roger is happy to help new or novice shooters have a safe and enjoyable experience and is available for coaching/loading in the field during the game season. Roger is also a BASC accredited Shotgun Safety Officer and a highly qualified and experienced Advanced Driver and coach.

Tom has been shooting for many years. He has experience in many types of shooting including: clay pigeon, game, rough shooting, woodpigeon shooting, wildfowling, and also many different rifle shooting disciplines.
He has a passion for teaching people about the sport he loves and this comes across in his coaching sessions. He enjoys coaching all levels of shooter from the complete novice to a more experienced shot.
Tom regularly coaches at shooting grounds in the South East region, these include Kent and Sussex Shooting School and A1 Shooting Ground North London. He is available for private tuition and will travel to your clay or game shoot, where possible, if required.

Lee is a dedicated and enthusiastic coach whose shooting career started almost 40 years ago and during this time has been an avid rifle and shotgun shooter. He is a qualified BASC Shotgun Coach and Safety Officer, Safe Shot Assessor and a member of the Association of Professional Shooting Instructors.
Lee runs Kent & Sussex Shooting School which is dedicated to welcoming those new to the sport and helping more experienced shooters progress. The school is based near to Royal Tunbridge Wells and boasts just under 900 acres of private shooting grounds, making the location perfect for one-to-one lessons and group events.
Lee is a qualified trainer certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a member of the Institute for Leaders and Management. With over 20 years of teaching and developing adults, Lee believes that lessons should not only be safe, but also fun, informative and progressive.

Richard has 40 years shooting experience. His expertise covers Clay, Game, Deer Stalking and Coaching. His skills are derived from a variety of shooting activities, ranging from having been British Junior Clay Champion in the early years to organising game shooting and working for BASC to date.
Having spent 18+ years in teaching, Richard is excellent at communicating academic information and technique to individuals requiring coaching, this includes identifying traits or habits that may need honing. Novice or Experienced clients are equally provided for.
