Sam comes from a keepering family and has a real passion for Shooting and Wildlife management. After completing his A Levels he completed a HND in Game and Wildlife Management at Newton Rigg in Cumbria.
After leaving college he worked as a single handed keeper for a number of years, producing days of mixed partridge and pheasant shooting.
Most recently he has completed a degree in Conservation Ecology where he tailored his studies on gamekeeping issues and wildlife management.
He is a keen deer stalker and has managed Fallow, Roe and Muntjac on a number of estates. He’s also a keen enthusiast in all shooting, fly fishing and working his dogs.
