Vote online – online voting will be available on Friday 1 March.
BASC Council is responsible for the management of the affairs of the Association. The Council comprises of no more than 19 elected members plus ex-officio members who are officers and members of staff. Elected members serve for a period of five years.
All members of the Association entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may vote in the ballot.
To help members’ choice, statements of all the candidates are available here; short synopses can be found in March/April Shooting and Conservation on page 63-65. All nominations have been received in accordance with the rules. The Association’s scrutineer (RSM) has drawn the random order of candidates.
The result of the ballots will be announced at the AGM, convened for Saturday 15 June 2019.
Please note that those people registered with BASC as supporters may attend and speak at the AGM but do NOT hold voting rights and therefore cannot vote in the ballot.
Members wishing to vote in this election online can do so by logging into the members’ area of the website. In the election section of the members’ area simply mark your choice in the appropriate panel and click ‘confirm’ to register your vote. You may vote on one occasion only. The deadline for voting online is 10.30am Wednesday 12 June 2019.
