A group of students from a Wirral school have been learning about BB gun and airgun misuse.

Susan Bull from BASC and Dave Mills from the Airgun Training and Education Organisation visited Mostyn House School in Neston near Chester last month.
The event started with a one hour presentation on BB guns, airgun misuse and knives and also included information on animal cruelty and the law. The students then got to try airgun shooting on the school’s range.

The school already has a successful airgun team which recently attended the Prep Schools Rifle Association Annual Tournament at Bisley. They came first in the airgun team event, second in the air rifle individual and second in the air pistol events.
