The evening will commence at 7.30pm when the guests will be welcomed with champagne and canapé reception. This will be followed by a four course dinner. BASC director of firearms and BBC Antiques Roadshow expert, Bill Harriman will give a talk afterwards.

The price for the event is £69.50 per person. Bodysgallen Hall Hotel is also offering a deal of £80 per person for accommodation and cooked breakfast for all attendees.
