Terms and conditions
- The form can be filled by parent/guardian of child under the age of 13 or individuals 18 years of age or over.
- All entries shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- BASC accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or used for any reason.
- By completing the form, entrants give full consent for BASC to use the images and descriptions for publicity purposes (Shooting and Conservation magazine, BASC website, BASC social media channels).
- BASC shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here: https://basc.org.uk/basc-privacy-policy/ and in accordance with data protection legislation.Â
- By filling in the form, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information.
- By completing the form, entrants confirm they understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides.
- Any content submitted to BASC becomes the property of the BASC.
- BASC will never sell pictures or information entrants provide; we will use them exclusively for BASC’s purposes.
